What You'll Need

But don’t worry if you don’t have everything on this list, there are always substitutes.

Dumbbells

If you don’t have any, you can use a couple full containers of milk– seriously! Otherwise, a set of light & heavy ones is perfect.

Yoga Blocks

If you don’t have these, you can use a couple firm pillows.

Yoga Strap

If you don’t have one, you can easily substitute with a towel.

Foam Roller/Therapy Balls

If you don’t have a foam roller or therapy balls, you can use a tennis or lacrosse ball.

A basic yoga mat, yoga blocks, a towel or yoga strap, foam roller, and a couple dumbbells is a great place to start. Chances are you already have most of this at home! 

I’d say YES! This will challenge you in a good way and I’ll be there every step of the way with built-in modifications on classes where they apply. 

Yep! There’s nothing so advanced that I’d say is dangerous for a yoga newbie. You’ll learn a ton and come out of these 8 weeks a whole lot stronger and more comfortable in your practice. 

They’re not downloadable, so we do recommend a healthy wifi connection 🙂 

If you’re cleared for exercise by your doctor, you should be able to work your way through this with the modifications in the strength workouts.  

There’s some jumping but it’s all optional and I provide modifications for those movements.
